Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your package ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight

We use flat-rate shipping tiers based on package weight to provide consistent and fair pricing.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine existing orders due to Shopify limitations. However, we can add items onto an existing order before it ships.

Please email us at Support@thetcgcollect.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to add. You will then receive an invoice for only the additional item(s) being added to your existing order.

Yes all products and accessories are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted distributors and suppliers.

Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment. Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Please note: canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

All sales at The Tcg Collect are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the risks of tampering and resealing within the TCG market.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, please follow the steps outlined in Damages & Issues found in our Refund Policy

Yes! The TCG market moves fast, but we work hard to restock popular items as quickly as possible. You can also click “Notify Me” on sold-out products to get an alert when they’re back.
