Shipping & Processing Times

Shipping fees paid at checkout apply only to carrier transit time (USPS or UPS). Processing time is separate.

Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

During periods of high volume, processing may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email or phone.


Order Combining

Due to Shopify limitations, we are unable to combine multiple existing orders into a single shipment once they have been placed.

However, we may be able to add additional items to an existing unshipped order. Please contact us at Support@thetcgcollect.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to add. If approved, you will receive an invoice for only the additional item(s).


Shipping

TheTcgCollect currently ships to addresses within the continental United States and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship to certain U.S. territories, including but not limited to Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Orders over a certain value may require signature confirmation upon delivery. This helps ensure safe and secure delivery of high-value items.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Ownership of packages transfers to the customer once they are accepted by USPS or UPS.
TheTcgCollect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or held packages after they have been handed to the carrier.


Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

TheTcgCollect is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events once your package is in transit.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office or UPS office.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, you must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. We will assist by providing necessary documentation, but the final resolution rests with the carrier.


Returned & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to TheTcgCollect due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package, or inability to obtain a required signature, the order will be refunded once the item is received back at our facility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In addition, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.

If you would like your order to be reshipped to a corrected address, please contact us while the package is in transit back to us. Once the package is received at our facility, we can arrange reshipment with an updated shipping address. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and for accepting delivery when signature confirmation is required.
