1. General
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
2. Products & Availability
All products are offered while supplies last.
Product images are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly in packaging or appearance.
We sell manufacturer-sealed products. TheTcgCollect is not responsible for manufacturer defects to packaging or contents, including but not limited to: small rips in shrink wrap, corner dings, scuffs, or other cosmetic imperfections.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices are listed in USD.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Once a tracking number has been issued and your package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping
Shipping fees cover transit only and do not shorten processing times.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Ownership of packages transfers to the customer once shipped. TheTgcCollect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed to the carrier.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change. TheTgcCollect is not responsible for manufacturer delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Pre-orders are final and non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to distributor allocation cuts, you will be refunded for the unfulfilled portion.
6. Limitation of Liability
TheTgcCollect is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which TheTgcCollect operates.
