Returns / Cancels


Refunds

All sales at TheTcgCollect are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, as outlined in the Damages & Issues policy below. In such cases, a refund or replacement may be issued once the required evidence is reviewed and approved.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up, or inability to complete delivery (including signature-required shipments) will be refunded once received back at our facility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is an issue, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at TheTcgCollect@gmail.com.
  • Provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is first opened.
  • Include close-up photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and the product itself showing the damage or error.

⚠️ Claims submitted without the required video and photo evidence will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note:

  • We are not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections to sealed packaging (small dings, scuffs, shrink wrap tears, etc.).
  • Claims of damaged items without photos will not be accepted.
  • Once a product has been opened, we cannot accept claims of damage as all sealed products are packaged by the manufacturer.
  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, TheTcgCollect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim in these cases.

⚠️ Important Note on Sealed Products:
We sell manufacturer-sealed products. We are not responsible for any imperfections or defects to the packaging or contents, as these are outside of our control. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Small rips in the plastic wrap
  • Corner dings
  • Scuffs or scratches on shrink wrap
  • Other cosmetic imperfections to packaging

Contents are sealed and packaged by the manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee against manufacturing flaws.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.

Note: Once a tracking number has been issued and your package is in transit, we’re unable to cancel.

  • All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
