Pre-Order Policy

We’re excited to offer pre-orders on select upcoming releases so you can secure your products early. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Payment

  • All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payment guarantees your reservation for the item.

Release Dates

  • Official release dates are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast).

  • Release dates are subject to change. If a release is delayed, your order will remain valid and ship once stock arrives.

Shipping

  • Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the official release date.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available (unless otherwise arranged).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, pre-orders become final and non-refundable due to allocation limits.

  • If we cannot fulfill your order because of distributor allocation cuts, only the unfulfilled portion will be refunded.

Allocations

In rare cases, distributors may reduce or delay allocations.
If this happens, you will be notified and issued a full refund for any unfulfilled portion.
