Pre-Order Policy

We’re excited to offer pre-orders on select upcoming releases so you can secure your products early. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Payment

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Payment guarantees your reservation for the item.
Release Dates

Official release dates are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast).

Release dates are subject to change. If a release is delayed, your order will remain valid and ship once stock arrives.
Shipping

Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the official release date. An estimated ship date will be noted on the product pre-order listing.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available (unless otherwise arranged).
Cancellations & Refunds

All pre-orders are final.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as inventory is allocated specifically for each order.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of a pre-order due to distributor allocation changes or supply issues, only the unfulfilled portion of the order will be refunded. Any fulfilled items will ship as normal.
Allocations
In rare cases, distributors may reduce or delay allocations.
If this happens, you will be notified and issued a full refund for any unfulfilled portion.
