How to Play
Yes — it’s completely free to play!
- By joining the Pack Ripper Club, you can spin the Weekly Spinner every 7 days for a chance to win free credits.
- Your credits can then be used to rip packs, win prizes, and unlock special rewards!
- Spin the Weekly Spinner: Every 7 days, you can spin for a chance to win free credits.
- Shop with us: For every $20 spent, you’ll earn 1 credit automatically added to your account once your order is fulfilled.
- Click Choose Pack and select your preferred pack tier (Standard, Value, or Premium).
- Confirm the cost in credits shown inside the modal.
- Once confirmed, your pack will appear ready to rip.
- Tap Pull Card, then Flip Card to reveal your pull!
When you tap Pull Card, the pack animation begins and reveals one of the available cards from that tier.
- After the animation finishes, tap Flip Card to reveal your pull.
- Each card has its own rarity, from Common to Legendary.
- Pulled cards are automatically saved to your My Pulls list.
- You can view all past pulls anytime by clicking My Pulls at the top of the Pack Ripper panel.
When you click Choose Pack, a modal opens showing all available pack tiers.
- Each tier (Standard, Value, Premium) has its own cost and pull odds.
- Select your desired tier — your current credit balance appears inside the modal.
- Once confirmed, your chosen pack art will load, ready for the Pull Card step.
- You can switch packs anytime before ripping by reopening Choose Pack.
“Beta” means you’re using the early-access testing phase of TheTcgCollect Pack Ripper.
- During this phase, we’re actively fine-tuning performance, balancing prize odds, and improving features before the full launch.
- All pulls, credits, and prizes during Beta are 100% real and valid, but please note that any unexpected bugs, glitches, or system errors may result in a reversal or correction to affected pulls or rewards to ensure fairness.
- In short — Beta is a live testing phase, and your participation directly helps shape the final experience.
Credits
- Credits never expire once they’re in your account — this includes both purchased and earned credits.
- The Weekly Spinner unlocks every 7 days and stays available until you spin.
- Once you use your spin, your next spin date will automatically appear, starting a new 7-day countdown.
You can earn free credits through a few different methods:
- Weekly Spinner: Spin every 7 days for a chance to win free credits.
- Giveaways: Some site or social giveaways include free credits as prizes — keep an eye on the Giveaway Hub and our socials for announcements.
- Promotions & Events: During select Pack Ripper Club events or seasonal promos, bonus free credits may be awarded automatically.
- Milestones: Occasionally, you’ll receive free credits for hitting special milestones or loyalty rewards on your account.
Credits have no direct cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
- They’re used exclusively within Pack Ripper to open packs or participate in features that use credits.
- Any promotional credits are also non-redeemable outside the site.
Credits earned from purchases are added to your account automatically once your order is fulfilled:
- Credits are awarded after your order is fully fulfilled, ensuring everything in your purchase is completed successfully.
- Once fulfilled, your credits are instantly added to your account balance.
- You can use them immediately for your next Pack Ripper session.
- Any credits earned from that purchase are automatically revoked.
- Any rewards or pulls obtained using those credits are also voided.
If a customer uses their earned credits to pull packs or claim rewards and then requests a refund afterward: - The related credits and rewards will be reversed or removed to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.
Rewards
- The Weekly Spinner can be spun once every 7 days for a chance to win free credits.
- New accounts must wait 24 hours after account creation before their first spin becomes available.
- Once spun, your next available spin date will appear automatically in your account.
- All of your claimed prizes are saved inside My Pulls.
- You can view every card you’ve opened, including its reward details and expiration date.
- Remember — all prize codes expire, so make sure to redeem them before they’re gone!
- Once expired, rewards can’t be reissued or replaced — so make sure to claim them in time.
To redeem, copy your code from My Pulls and enter it at checkout.
- Each code includes its own redemption info — check the reward details in My Pulls to see what it applies to.
- Once a code is used, it’s automatically marked as redeemed as the are 1 time use.
When you pull a prize that isn’t a coupon code, you’ll be able to track its progress directly inside My Pulls:
- The prize will first appear with a Pending status — this review process can take up to 24 hours.
- Once approved, the status will change to Accepted, and you’ll see an expiration date appear.
- At that point, check your email for your free invoice checkout. You’ll have 7 days from when it was sent to complete the checkout before it expires.
- All prize pulls are manually reviewed to ensure fairness and prevent abuse.
When an item shows as Out of Stock, it cannot currently be pulled.
- You can still rip from that pack tier if other items are in stock.
- The out-of-stock item will return once it’s restocked, so you can either wait for it to become available again or go for another prize in the meantime.
No — rewards codes are non-transferable and linked directly to your account.
- Reward codes will only work for the same account that originally pulled or earned them.
- They can’t be shared, sold, or used on another account.

Pack Types & Tiers
- No — every pack has its own unique rewards and credit cost.
- You can view full details by opening Choose Pack and clicking each pack’s info panel.
- Each pack has its own prize pool, rarity, and tier of potential rewards.
There are three Pack Ripper tiers, each offering different odds and rewards:
- Standard: Entry-level tier with basic coupon rewards and a small chance at item prizes.
- Value: Mid-tier with better pull odds and higher-value rewards.
- Premium: Top-tier with the best odds, exclusive prizes, and premium rewards.
You can view all current prizes and odds for each pack type anytime under Choose Pack → View Pack Details.
Odds
You can view all odds directly in Choose Pack → View Pack Details:
- Each prize displays its individual pull chance, shown separately for Standard, Value, and Premium packs.
- Your result is determined the moment you rip, based on live odds and the current prize pool.
- Every pull uses a secure, random generation process to ensure results are completely fair and unpredictable.
“Chance” represents the probability of hitting a specific rarity or reward type on a single pull.
- Example: A 10% chance means about 1 in 10 pulls hits that reward.
- Example: A 1% chance means about 1 in 100 pulls hits that reward.
Remember, every pull is independent — past results don’t affect future odds.
Account & Access
Yes — you’ll need to be logged into your The TCG Collect account to rip packs or earn credits.
- Your account keeps track of your credits, pulls, and rewards.
- Without an account, you can browse the Pack Ripper, but can’t make pulls or claim prizes.
Click Log In / Create Account at the top of the page.
- New customers can create an account quickly using their email.
- Returning users can log in anytime to access Pack Ripper, order history, and reward progress.
- If you’re already logged in, simply press Verify & Unlock at the top of the page to instantly gain access to all Pack Ripper features.
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
- You’ll receive an email to reset it securely.
- Once updated, your credits, pulls, and rewards remain linked to your account.
Shipping
If your reward includes a physical item, it ships just like any other order — typically within 1–2 business days after it’s claimed.
- Be sure to follow all reward instructions, as some rewards are add-ons, order discounts, or coupon codes that apply during checkout rather than shipping separately.
- For physical items, shipping is free in most cases unless otherwise stated in the reward details.
At this time, The TCG Collect ships to customers in the United States only.
We’re working on expanding international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates — members of the Pack Ripper Club will be the first to know when worldwide shipping becomes available.
