Pack Ripper Club Policy

1️⃣ Overview

The Pack Ripper Club is a free loyalty and engagement feature designed to reward members of TheTcgCollect community.
Participation is open to all registered customers and allows users to enjoy interactive pack-opening experiences, earn credits, and unlock fun rewards such as discounts or bonus items.

No purchase is required to participate in free credit or reward opportunities.

2️⃣ Credits & Earning

Credits are earned through site activity, purchases, and special events.

Every $20 spent earns 1 credit, added to your account once the order is fulfilled and shipped.
Credits will automatically appear in your account balance.
Members can also spin the Weekly Wheel once per week to earn free credits.

3️⃣ Rewards & Prizes

Rewards may include coupon codes, discounts, bonus packs, or occasional physical gifts.

Each reward displays its details, eligibility, and expiration in My Pulls.
Some rewards may apply as add-ons, order discounts, or limited-use codes.
Physical items ship within 1–2 business days after claim confirmation, with free shipping in most cases.

4️⃣ Refunds & Order Changes

If an order is refunded or canceled before delivery, any credits or rewards earned from that order will be automatically revoked.
If credits from a refunded order were used to claim rewards, those rewards or pulls may be reversed or removed to maintain fairness.

5️⃣ Fair Use & Transparency

Pack Ripper outcomes are based on live reward availability, not chance or wagering.
Rewards cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for money.
Any reward marked as unavailable will be restocked or rotated periodically.
The system is designed solely for fun community engagement and appreciation.

6️⃣ Account Responsibility

Each member’s credits, pulls, and rewards are linked to their own TheTcgCollect account.
Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

7️⃣ Updates & Changes

The Pack Ripper Club may be updated or expanded periodically to introduce new features, events, or prizes.

Any significant updates will be reflected in this policy and may also be announced on-site or via email.
